RplAI is a product of Synvia Systems ("we", "us"), IFZA Business Park, DPP, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Our data protection practices are framed by reference to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL").
2. What we collect
- Early access and demo requests: name, work email address and country, submitted voluntarily through our forms.
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) required to operate and secure the website.
We do not collect payment information through this website.
3. Purposes and lawful basis
- Reviewing and responding to your early access or demo request, and sending a confirmation and onboarding communications (performance of steps at your request prior to entering a contract).
- Operating, securing and improving the website (our legitimate interests).
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Processors and transfers
We use a small number of service providers to operate this site: hosting infrastructure and Resend (transactional email delivery). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual terms. Where data is transferred outside the UAE, we apply safeguards consistent with the PDPL's cross-border transfer requirements.
5. Retention
Request data is retained while your request is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
Subject to the PDPL, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. To exercise them, contact crew@rplai.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
