Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms are entered into between you and Synvia Systems, IFZA Business Park, DPP, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By accessing rplai.app or submitting an early access or demo request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Early access program

RplAI is in an early access phase. Access is granted at our discretion, in limited batches, and may be modified or withdrawn. Features, pricing and availability may change before general availability.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or the service, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting operation, or using the service to violate applicable law or third-party rights, including Salesforce's terms governing your own Salesforce environments.

4. Your environments and data

RplAI connects to Salesforce environments and repositories that you control and authorize. You are responsible for having the rights to connect them and for the content within them. You retain ownership of your data.

5. Intellectual property

The RplAI platform, brand and website content are owned by Synvia Systems. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

6. Disclaimers

The site and early access service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated output requires human review before deployment; you are responsible for reviewing and approving changes to your environments.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or early access service.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
